Installing Aftermarket Chrome Vios Sidemirror Cover with LED
I got these really slick Chrome Sidemirror covers from ebay, straight from Thailand. These are not the typical stick on type, but actually replaces the original cover. As soon as the package arrived, I was so excited to install them right away. By the way these covers come with LED markers.
It’s a fairly simple installation, first remove the original sidemirror cover. These covers are just held on by clips so dont be afraid to pop them open. If your vios is a 1.5, it already has the non led markers. If your side mirrors dont have them, you can tap the fender lights instead.
Remove the light assembly by removing the three screws holding them in place. Expose the connectors and tap the wires to the chrome sidemirror cover LED lights. Tidy up the wires with Vinyl Tape. And pop on the new chrome sidemirror covers.
